The One Birth Journey Program is a comprehensive frozen donor egg pathway designed for intended parents pursuing one live birth using Asian donor eggs.
Rather than purchasing one egg lot at a time, this program provides a more structured plan that may include multiple frozen egg cohorts, multiple embryo transfer opportunities, and refund protection under the terms of the signed program agreement.
The goal of the One Birth Journey Program is to provide a clearer and more predictable donor egg pathway with fewer separate decisions and more financial and emotional reassurance.
The program may include up to six batches of vitrified donor eggs from selected Asian donor options.
Eggs are stored and shipped using Asian Egg Bank’s established vitrification, storage, and logistics process.
Frozen donor eggs are warmed, fertilized, and cultured at your participating fertility clinic.
Resulting embryos are frozen and stored according to your clinic’s protocols.
You may proceed with embryo transfers from the embryos created under the program until one of the following occurs:
A live birth is achieved
You decide to withdraw from the program
All embryos created under the program have been used
If you do not achieve a live birth within the program parameters, you may be eligible for a refund of the program fee according to the signed program agreement.
Withdrawal rights, refund terms, and financial conditions are governed by the program agreement.
Asian Egg Bank helps guide intended parents through donor selection, shipment coordination, communication with the participating clinic, and program next steps.

Pregnancy and live birth are not guaranteed in all cases
Euploid embryos are not guaranteed
Guarantee satisfaction may occur if embryos are biopsied or PGT tested
Shipping fees are excluded from replacement egg batches
Replacement batches are provided one time only, when applicable
Sperm qualification requirements must be met

Abnormal sperm quality may contribute to poor embryo development. For this reason, Asian Egg Bank requires qualifying sperm parameters for guarantee program eligibility.
Semen sample must be collected by ejaculation
Surgically retrieved sperm specimens are not eligible, including TESE, TESA, PESA, or MESA
More than 5 million total motile sperm
Normal sperm morphology greater than 4% by WHO 5th edition standards
ICSI must be used for insemination of frozen donor eggs
To confirm qualification, AEB requires a diagnostic semen analysis report with strict morphology analysis performed within six months of the date of inquiry.
Asian Egg Bank guarantee replacement programs are available only when frozen donor eggs are processed in AEB’s San Diego laboratory or in laboratories partnered with Asian Egg Bank, known as Authorized Centers.
This helps ensure that eggs are handled and warmed according to approved protocols and that laboratory conditions meet the requirements of the guarantee program.
