10 Frozen Egg Guarantee Program

Guarantee B is designed for intended parents purchasing a 10 frozen donor egg service from Asian Egg Bank.

Asian Egg Bank guarantees at least two blastocyst embryos for transfer or freezing from ten frozen donor eggs when processed at one of our Authorized Partner Centers or in our San Diego laboratory.

What Is Guaranteed

AEB guarantees at least:

Two blastocyst embryos

Available for transfer or freezing

From a purchased batch of 10 frozen donor eggs

Processed at an Authorized Partner Center or AEB’s San Diego laboratory

If the Guarantee Is Not Met

If no blastocyst embryos result from the initial warming cycle, AEB will provide a one-time replacement batch of 8 frozen oocytes at no additional egg cost.

If one blastocyst embryo results from the initial warming cycle, AEB will provide a one-time replacement batch of 6 frozen oocytes at no additional egg cost.

Shipping fees are excluded.

Important Conditions

Guarantee B is considered satisfied if embryos are biopsied or PGT tested. Euploid embryos are not guaranteed.

To qualify for replacement, any embryo that is considered sufficient quality for transfer, including frozen embryos, must be transferred.

Sperm samples used for insemination must also meet the qualification requirements for this guarantee.

Sperm Qualification Requirements

Sperm Requirements for Guarantee Eligibility

Abnormal sperm quality may contribute to poor embryo development. For this reason, Asian Egg Bank requires qualifying sperm parameters for guarantee program eligibility.

To qualify for AEB guarantee programs, sperm samples must meet the following requirements:

Semen sample must be collected by ejaculation

Surgically retrieved sperm specimens are not eligible, including TESE, TESA, PESA, or MESA

More than 5 million total motile sperm

Normal sperm morphology greater than 4% by WHO 5th edition standards

ICSI must be used for insemination of frozen donor eggs

To confirm qualification, AEB requires a diagnostic semen analysis report with strict morphology analysis performed within six months of the date of inquiry.

Where Guarantee Programs Apply

Asian Egg Bank guarantee replacement programs are available only when frozen donor eggs are processed in AEB’s San Diego laboratory or in laboratories partnered with Asian Egg Bank, known as Authorized Centers.

This helps ensure that eggs are handled and warmed according to approved protocols and that laboratory conditions meet the requirements of the guarantee program.
