The first step is to complete our online egg donor application.
Your application will include questions about your background, personality, education, medical history, family health history, lifestyle, and availability.
This helps our team determine whether you may be a good candidate for egg donation.
If your initial application is approved, our donor team will schedule a call with you to review next steps.
You may be asked to submit photos, videos, and additional profile details so intended parents can learn more about you in a non-identifying way.
Once complete, your profile may be added to the Asian Egg Bank donor database.
Before being approved, all donors complete a detailed medical screening process.
Medical history review
Family health history review
Genetic screening
Psychological evaluation
Hormone testing
Ultrasound evaluation
Infectious disease testing
Urine drug screening
This part of the process may take several weeks to complete, depending on scheduling, testing, and medical review.
Once you are medically approved and ready to proceed, you will begin the treatment phase.
Fertility medications are used to stimulate the ovaries so multiple eggs can mature during the same cycle. During this time, you will have monitoring appointments to track your response and make sure your care team knows when the eggs are ready for retrieval.
Our team uses a donor-friendly stimulation approach and will guide you through medication instructions, appointments, and what to expect each day.
The final step is the egg retrieval procedure.
Egg retrieval is a short outpatient procedure that typically takes about 15–20 minutes. You will be asleep during the procedure, and most donors return home the same day.
After retrieval, our team will provide recovery instructions and follow-up guidance.

Asian Egg Bank carefully reviews each donor to help protect donor safety and support the families we serve.

Asian Egg Bank offers different donor participation options depending on program needs, donor preference, and eligibility.
Most egg donors participate as Non-Identifying donors.
This means your name and personal identifying information are kept confidential during the donation process. Intended parents may still review non-identifying profile details such as your medical history, family history, education, photos, interests, and other approved information.
You will not meet the intended parents unless both parties request and consent to it, and all program and legal requirements are met.
Open-ID donors also remain non-identifying during the donation process.
However, an Open-ID donor agrees that identifying information may be released to a donor-conceived child upon request once the child reaches adulthood, subject to program terms and applicable laws.
Our team can explain what Open-ID donation means before you decide which option is right for you.
Egg donors may participate in either a fresh matched donation cycle or a frozen banking donation cycle, depending on donor eligibility, program needs, and availability.
In a fresh matched donation cycle, treatment begins after you are matched with intended parents.
Because the cycle depends on a match, timing can vary. Some donors may match quickly, while others may wait longer depending on intended parent preferences and program demand.
Fresh matched donation may be a good option for donors who are comfortable waiting until a specific family selects them.
In a frozen banking donation cycle, your eggs are retrieved and frozen for future use.
This option may allow you to begin the treatment process sooner after completing screening, depending on program needs and medical approval.
Frozen donor eggs may later be selected by intended parents and shipped to an approved fertility clinic.
Before donation, legal documents may be required depending on the type of cycle.
Asian Egg Bank covers attorney review for donors so you can better understand your rights, responsibilities, and the terms of the donation agreement before moving forward.
This gives you the opportunity to ask questions and feel confident before signing.
Egg donation is a generous commitment, and our team wants you to feel fully informed before making a decision.
If you are healthy, responsible, and interested in helping intended parents grow their family, you may be a strong candidate for Asian Egg Bank’s donor program.
If you are interested in becoming an egg donor, the first step is to complete our online screening questionnaire. Our donor team will review your application, answer your questions, and guide you through the next steps.

Every journey is unique. These are the words of people who found hope, support, and life-changing results with Asian Egg Bank.

All nurses treated me so well even though I was nervous. In all, staff treated me well, and the process wasn’t that difficult what so ever. 10/10! Thank you for making this a comfortable experience for me.

It was really great working with whole team…I have worked with them twice and both of my experiences went great just because of the staff.

They flew me out from Miami and made the whole process feel really easy and stress-free. Overall everyone was kind, professional, and supportive throughout the experience.
