Egg Donors are selected on specific good characteristics (age, ovarian reserve, excellent medical and family/genetic history, etc.) to ensure that egg donation is a successful process. However, there is not a 100% guarantee for the perfect outcome (pregnancy or live birth) in each egg donation cycle. Even previously proven donors may produce a different result from cycle to cycle.
We provide high-quality donor egg services to our patients, and we freeze only mature (MII), morphologically normal-looking oocytes to make them available for patients promptly without waiting time. Our goal is to ensure our frozen donor egg services will get you the desired result.
We are offering various outcome guarantee packages that you may qualify for.
Guarantee A – One Blastocyst Embryo
We guarantee to have at least one blastocyst for transfer or freeze out of the six (6) frozen donor eggs service purchased from Asian Egg Bank and processed at one of our Authorized Partner Centers or in our San Diego laboratory.
If this outcome is not satisfied for the batch of frozen eggs, AEB would provide a replacement batch of 6 frozen oocytes free of charge one time (shipping fee excluded). The condition of this replacement is to transfer any embryo that is sufficient quality to transfer, including frozen embryos. Guarantee A is considered satisfied if the embryos are biopsied or PGT tested. Euploid embryos are not guaranteed.
Sperm samples for donor egg insemination should qualify for this guarantee option.
Guarantee B – Two Blastocyst Embryos
We guarantee to have at least two blastocysts for transfer or freeze out of the ten (10) frozen donor eggs service purchased from Asian Egg Bank and processed at one of our Authorized Partner Centers or in our San Diego laboratory.
If this outcome is not satisfied for the batch of frozen eggs, AEB would provide a replacement batch of 8 frozen oocytes free of charge one time (shipping fee excluded). If one blastocyst embryo resulted in the initial warming cycle, AEB would provide a replacement of 6 frozen eggs. The condition of this replacement is to transfer any embryo that is sufficient quality to transfer, including frozen embryos. Guarantee B is considered satisfied if the embryos are biopsied or PGT tested. Euploid embryos are not guaranteed.

Lotus Baby Batch Program
Asian Egg Bank is offering a custom batch of 6 eggs from lots remaining from our premium donor eggs at a reduced rate. Donors with a partial batch remaining can be mixed with other Lotus Baby Donors.
Donors in this program include:
- Qualified, but now retired donors from Asian Egg Bank but with still available frozen donor egg inventory
- Donors no longer available for follow-up carrier screening
- Donors with limited carrier screening data

Sperm Qualification Parameters
Abnormal sperm quality may contribute to poor embryology development. Therefore, we require the following sperm parameters for our guarantee program:
- Semen sample collected by ejaculation (no surgically retrieved specimen: TESE, TESA, PESA, MESA)
- > 5 million total motile sperm and normal sperm morphology (>4% normal sperm by WHO 5th edition standards)
- ICSI for insemination of the frozen eggs

Overview
The One Birth Journey Program is a comprehensive frozen donor egg package from Asian Egg Bank. Instead of buying one lot of eggs at a time and hoping it’s enough, you enroll in a single, planned pathway that:
- includes multiple lots of vitrified Asian donor eggs (typically enough to support several embryo transfers),
- allows as many embryo transfers as your created embryos allow, and
- provides 100% refund safety net if you don’t achieve a live birth within the 6 donor egg IVF cycles – or you can withdraw at any time and receive a 50% refund
The goal: give you a realistic, clearly defined path to one birth, with fewer separate decisions, fewer unknowns, and more emotional and financial predictability.
What’s Included
- Multiple frozen egg lots
- Up to six batches of vitrified oocytes from your chosen Asian donor(s)
